They first begin with an assessment of disorder symptoms and skills to determine the most appropriate anxiety treatment program. Each client is matched with a primary counselor who guides treatment and provides support in setting and progressing toward goals. 

Many may overlook or not fully understand what it means to have bipolar disorder symptoms and treatments. At Skyland Trail we offer dual diagnosis interventions, by assisting clients in gaining the skills and understanding they need to work, attend school, volunteer, live in the community, enjoy relationships and experience quality of life. As part of our bipolar ,schizophrenia, anxiety and depression treatment programs, our clients are served through a full continuum of care including residential bipolar treatment services, bipolar day treatment, intensive-outpatient treatment, vocational program, case management and a social club.
