Drama Therapy
By participating in drama, a client experiences walking in another's shoes.
The benefits of drama therapy include increased awareness and understanding of others, a chance to observe what
works and doesn't work in another's persona, and an opportunity to recognize choices to change one's own persona
for greater effectiveness. Additionally, acting can give an individual permission to express oneself more freely,
which, with practice, strengthens neurological pathways to enhance personal self-expression in general.
