Why give to Skyland Trail?

Donations to Skyland Trail empower recovery from mental illness. What more meaningful impact is possible than to help a client regain quality of life, healthy relationships, and the ability to contribute to society?

Events and fundraisers

Events such as Benefits of Laughter, our largest fundraiser, and The Skyland Cup raise money for financial aid and furthering our programs and services initiatives, and The Leadership Dinner and The Associates Luncheon give us a chance to thank those who give so much to Skyland Trail. And for our clients, Arts in the Garden displays art's impact on mental health, and allows the entire Skyland Trail community to shine.

Employment and internship opportunities

Skyland Trail's staff is dedicated to bettering the lives of each client we serve.  The success of our programs can be traced to a caring staff of psychiatrists, psychologists, licensed clinicians, and master's degreed professionals trained in specialty areas such as counseling, psychology, social work, recreation, and horticulture therapy. Skyland Trail offers a terrific benefits package and competitive salary. If your aspire to truly make a difference in the mental healthcare field, we encourage you to apply.

Volunteer

Additionally, Skyland Trail seeks the active involvement of people in the community who want to promote recovery from mental illness. We offer a number of interesting opportunities to support this work as an employee or volunteer through Skyland Trail Associates or other volunteer opportunities.
