Skyland Trail to Celebrate 20th Anniversary with 12th annual Benefits of Laughter Event
Atlanta (July 17, 2009) - Skyland Trail's 12th annual Benefits of Laughter event will take place October 22 at the InterContinental Buckhead. The evening will serve as a celebration of Skyland Trail's 20 years of committed service to the Atlanta community, and honor the leadership volunteers who created and sustained the organization once the doors were opened in 1989. Proceeds will benefit Skyland Trail's Financial Aid Fund.
Entertainment for this year's BOL will be The Second City comedy troupe. Famed comedians such as John Belushi, Bill Murray, Dan Aykroyd, Tina Fey, Mike Myers and Steve Carrell got their starts with the prestigious Chicago-based group.
