Spring Associates Luncheon Announced

Atlanta (February 14, 2011) The Skyland Trail Associates, an auxiliary group of volunteers and donors, will hold their Fourth Annual Spring Luncheon & Fashion Show Friday, March 18, 2011 at the Cherokee Town Club. The event raises money for projects and programs at Skyland Trail, a nonprofit treatment facility for adults with mental illness.

This year's luncheon is highlighted by guest speaker Julie Hersh, author of "Struck by Living: From Depression to Hope." Returning to support the luncheon again this year will be Saks Fifth Avenue, showcasing a variety of fashions from their 2011 Spring Collection.

Skyland Trail Associates President Sarah Goodman chairs the event, assisted by Vice President Leigh Pollard. The event has sold out the past three years, and tickets are once again selling quickly.

"The Associates Luncheon has become one of the signature events of spring - it's a time where we can come together with good friends and great fashion to support our mental health services," Skyland Trail President Beth Finnerty said.  "We are thrilled with the continued growth and success of this event, and looking forward to another hallmark year."

Major sponsors for the 2011 luncheon include VeinInnovations, Oxford Industries, Anna Pare Dermatology, and Laura Pearce Ltd.  For more information or to purchase tickets, please contact Ashley Vance at avance@skylandtrail.org or call at 678-686-5905.
