SI is designed to assist clients in reaching the highest level of individual functioning possible and prepare clients for life outside of treatment.
Goals
Enhance individual life skills, help discover community resources and social venues outside of treatment, and gain experiential practice through real life activities within the community.
Treats
Individuals with chronic illness who are focusing on socialization, returning to work / school, and maintaining autonomy.
