Health care professionals are an important source of Skyland Trail referrals. We are well known in the mental health community for our innovative, holistic treatment approach and outstanding results in facilitating recovery.
Skyland Trail focuses on functionality and quality of life, to go along with the goal of symptom management and reduction.
We follow a comprehensive model of care in which staff psychiatrists work with patients in our residential programs, with the goal of discharging a patient back to the referring psychiatrist or other professional as quickly and safely as possible.
