Arts in the Garden

May 7, 2010
Arts in the Garden is an annual event with presentations of visual and performing arts saluting the successful recovery of individuals with mental illness. AITG celebrates mental health month by giving consumers of mental health services the opportunity to display their art in order to educate the general public about mental illness and reduce stigma. The event also provides education for individuals with disabilities, their families, professionals, and the community at large.
Arts in the Garden is open to the public with NO ADMISSION CHARGE.
Come experience workshops, demonstrations, exhibits, performances, plant and art sales, silent auction, story telling, and mental health education.
AITG takes place on Skyland Trail's main campus from 9:30am-3pm.
