Dr. Ray Kotwicki is the Medical Director and Vice President of Clinical Services for Skyland Trail.  Dr. Kotwicki completed his residency and postdoctoral fellowship at Emory University School of Medicine following postgraduate training at Harvard Medical School and Boston University School of Medicine.  He serves as assistant professor of the clinical track in the Emory Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences, and he is co-director of the Emory University Fellowship in Community Psychiatry and Public Health.  Dr. Kotwicki is also a legislative advocate for mental health initiatives on both the local and state levels in his role as President of the Board of Directors of Positive Impact, Inc.

Beth Finnerty joined the George West Mental Health Foundation and Skyland Trail in August 1989.  She led the expansion of services at Skyland Trail, which now operates five freestanding facilities, employs more than 70 staffers and has served more than 2300 clients and their families in a variety of residential and outpatient community care settings.  Beth has overseen the development and implementation of three strategic plans for the Foundation and has directed three capital campaigns, raising over $20 million.  She currently serves on the Boards of the National Mental Health Association of Georgia (past president) and The Georgia Alliance for the Mentally Ill.  She is also a Diplomat in the American College of Healthcare Executives.  Beth holds a Master's in Business Administration and a Master's in Health Administration from Georgia State University.
