A Taste of Thai

Today in Cooking for your Health, our theme was a Taste of Thai. We cooked two recipes: curried vegetables and vegetable fried rice. Clients prepared the dishes by measuring the ingredients, chopping the fresh vegetables and cooking each recipe. The meal was complete with a fresh spinach salad topped with a homemade salad dressing.
Once the recipes were prepared, everyone enjoyed a small sample of each dish. Here are a few of the comments we heard:
- It was outstanding!
- Just the right amount of spice.
- An exotic adventure for lunch.
- Never cooked this type of curry. It was a delicious surprise!
