Adult DBT Program
Skyland Trail offers a 90-day DBT program for adults ages 18 and older. Clients may admit to residential treatment or day treatment depending on their current level of symptoms and skills.
Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) is proven to be the most effective therapy for individuals diagnosed with borderline personality disorder or struggling with extreme emotions, intense relationships, cutting and self-harm, or impulsive behaviors.
Who We Treat
Our adult programs serve adults ages 18 and older with a primary mood, thought or anxiety disorder. Specialized programs help individuals with complex co-occurring diagnoses like substance use, borderline personality disorder, or a history of trauma.
Adult Program Fees
Adult Residential Program Private Pay Rate: $1,300 per day
Adult Day Treatment Program Private Pay Rate: $625 per day
Most adult clients participate in residential treatment for about 1-2 months before stepping down to the day treatment program. Our minimum length of stay is 8 weeks. Our adult treatment programs are in-network with many plans offered by Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, ComPsych, Magellan, Optum/United Behavioral Health/Oscar Health, and Humana Military / TRICARE East*. Families may be able to use out-of-network benefits to receive reimbursement for a portion of treatment costs. Medicare and Medicaid do not cover our services at any level of care. Financial aid is available to eligible families to reduce private pay costs.
*TRICARE plans in-network for adult residential treatment for adults ages 18-20 only.
