Visiting Residential Mental Health Clients
Support networks are essential to sustaining recovery after residential psychiatric treatment. During this pandemic, we encourage friends and family to support their loved ones through phone and online video chats.
18 AND OLDER
Visiting Adult Clients
Visitors must be fully vaccinated for Covid-19 and provide proof of vaccination. Visitors must pre-register at least 24 hours prior to each visit.
Typically, unless clinically inappropriate we do not restrict visitation. However, if safety issues become an issue the treatment team reserves the right to manage frequency of visitation.
Visitors should visit the online family guide for information on how to sign-up to visit. Contact your loved one's Primary Counselor if you do not have the username and password to access the online family guide.

All visitors are asked to sign in at the staff office upon arrival and to sign out when leaving the campus after a visit. Masks must be worn at all times while indoors, even by fully vaccinated individuals.
