Arts in the Garden

Information for Mental Health Organizations

We are so honored you are considering celebrating Mental Health Month with us at Arts in the Garden! There are several ways for mental health organizations to participate in the event.

Bring your staff or clients:

  • We welcome groups from mental health organizations. We can accommodate groups of up to 50 individuals each.
  • We can accommodate up to 2 vans or 1 bus per organization.
  • Event activities like our live performances and animal encounters are free and appropriate for individuals of all ages and abilities.
  • People under 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.
  • Snacks and lunch may be purchased on site.

Represent your organization in our artist market:

  • We welcome organizations providing mental health services, support, or education to participate in our artist market. Bring materials and handouts to showcase your organization.
  • Organization representatives must be at least 18 years old or accompanied by a guardian
  • Tables must be staffed/supervised from 10:00 AM to 2:30 PM
  • Interested organizations must complete an application. The application fee is $5 if completed before January 1 and $10 if completed after January 1. Application fees are non-refundable. Applications will be reviewed, and eligible organizations will be invited to complete a registration form to participate.
  • If your application is accepted, you must complete registration by April 15. Tables may be purchased for $100 each prior to March 1 and for $120 after March 1.
