Yes. I understand that a responsible adult must be present at my table/booth from 10:00 AM to 2:30 p.m. I understand that the application fee is nonrefundable. I understand that all applications will be reviewed and a limited number will be selected. I understand that submitting an application does not guarantee selection for participation. I understand that, should I be accepted to participate, I must complete a registration form and submit required registration fees prior to April 15.
