Teen Wellness Academy
Group Overview: The Teen Wellness Academy outpatient clinical group helps teens who are struggling with school, relationships, and the expectations of life. Do any of these apply to you?

- Are you struggling to attend school or keep up with your school work?
- Do you find it difficult to ask teachers or parents for help?
- Are you constantly worrying about what other people think about you?
- Do you struggle with making friends?
- Do you feel too overwhelmed to function the way you want to?
Learn skills and strategies to handle what life throws at you. Feel empowered to handle tough situations instead of feeling overwhelmed, frozen, or stuck. Learn language to effectively ask for help from the adults who care about you but are unsure how to best support you.
Group Format: Teens commit to a 5-week course, attending each week by zoom or in-person. The group meets weekly for 90-minute sessions. Participants must live in Georgia.
Cost
$550 per teen. Insurance not accepted. Private pay only.

Parenting is a Process
Group Overview: Parenting is a Process is an educational group for parents of adolescents ages 14 to 17. The group will help parents of teens with emerging mental health or behavioral concerns learn tools to improve family cohesion and dynamics.
Group Facilitator: Caitlin Connolly, LCSW, CAADC (see bio below)
Group Takeaways: During the 5-week course, parents will create a family agreement that can assist in setting structure, creating accountability, and much more within the home environment. In addition, parents will learn strategies and techniques to enhance their confidence.
Group Format: Virtual online. Participants must be Georgia residents. Parents commit to attending an 5-week virtual course. Groups meet weekly online for 60 minutes each session.
Cost: $650 for one parent or caregiver. $800 for two. At least one of the registrants must be the teen's legal guardian. Private Pay only. Insurance not accepted.
