Attacking Adolescent Anxiety
Group Overview: Attacking Adolescent Anxiety is a clinical group for adolescents ages 14 to 18 with existing or emerging anxiety disorders and/or symptoms that impair their overall mental wellness and daily functioning.
Group Takeaways: Participants will learn independent anxiety management strategies while tackling anxiety triggers that impact daily life, including social, technology, and family-related issues. In addition, teens will have the oppotunity to connect with and learn from peers that are experiencing similar challenges.
Group Format: Teens commit to an 8-week in-person course. The group meets weekly for 60-minute sessions.
Cost
$550 per teen. Insurance not accepted. Private pay only.

Parenting is a Process
Group Overview: Parenting is a Process is a clinical group for parents of adolescents ages 14 to 17. The group will help parents of teens with emerging mental health or behavioral concerns learn tools to improve family cohesion and dynamics.
Group Takeaways: During the 8-week course, parents will create a family agreement that can assist in setting structure, creating accountability, and much more within the home environment. In addition, parents will learn strategies and techniques to enhance their confidence.
Group Format: Parents commit to attending an 8-week virtual course. Groups meet weekly online for 60 minutes each session.
Cost: $650 for one parent or caregiver. $800 for two. At least one of the registrants must be the teen's legal guardian. Private Pay only. Insurance not accepted.
