Skyland Trail held its tenth annual Associates Spring Luncheon and Fashion Show at the Piedmont Driving Club. Guests enjoyed lunch, a fashion show by Abbey Glass and a presentation from keynote speaker, Doris Fuller. Led by event co-chairs Diana Tipton and Sue McKinley, the event welcomed 280 guests and raised nearly $80,000. Proceeds from the event will support the psychiatric treatment program at Skyland Trail. Keynote speaker, Doris Fuller, shared her personal experience helping her young adult daughter, Natalie, struggle with psychosis. Natalie ultimately died from suicide. Fuller underscored the importance of treatment programs like Skyland Trail to help young adults struggling with psychosis, depression, anxiety, and other mental illnesses.
